When listing an item on ebay.ca, is it also listed on the US site as well?

I have items listed on Ebay.ca that are not showing up on Ebay.com.  Aren't they supposed to automatically be on both?

You have to have shipping to the USA set up for the listing to show on eBay,com

They were supposed to. It was working before, but lately some of my listings are not showing on the .com site. More of Ebay's search engine improvements, I guess.

I see 768 listings for lockotronic on ebay.ca and 757 listings for ebay.com
So you could have 11 listings with USA shipping not properly set up.
