You need a Payoneer account to get paid.

You need a Sri Lankan business license apparently.

Then look for the Seller School and take that course.

It's free.

Sell what you know, know what you sell.

Don't dropship.

Check the High price on similar items.

Do not use Free Shipping.

Do not use Surface Shipping.

You are located in Sri Lanka, you need to start with the rules and policies for sellers from Sri Lanka, then you need to read everything about how to be a seller on eBay. Have you attended eBay Seller school? To be successful in selling on eBay you need to read all there is to know about the site BEFORE you list anything...You need to KNOW and UNDERSTAND all the rules and policies...
