this platform is royally screwed.  

1. Cannot generate a return label.

2. Clicking on the "Sync Orders"  transfers me over to the "Ecommerce channel" page. 

3.  if its not an ebay order, I cannot generate a CP label. The rubbish is what? that the discounts reside with Ebay? my SMB is the one giving out the discounts.

You can also make a shipping label directly from the Paypal payment at the same cost as Shippo.

I prefer that in any case, because my invoice, payment, and label are all on the same site. YMMV.

The SnapShip site gives the same pricing, it's CanadaPost, but you will be paying from a credit card and will have to enter the buyer's address manually.

All three are connected to your SfSB card number and have the same discounts.

PP also has a NetParcel service which I am deeply suspicious of.

I know. I am using Paypal as my backup.  the only problem with Paypal is it has only two options. 

CPC does not ship out cards anymore but all done online.

Netparcel - haven't a clue so I don't even touch it since these entities we use are in violation of transparency.

I said it a long time ago that if ebay or paypal try this type of model in the real world business, they end up court.
