Try using the postal code for a nearby firehall or even city hall. Those are usually on the Canada Post data base and are close enough for you to get an accurate result.
If you are on eBaydotCOM, your seller may not ship to Canada.
While you can ask him if he will open the listing to his friendly neighbours to the north, he is not required to and if you purchased anyway he can cancel the purchase (and the payment) as 'unwanted buyer'.
