I open my ebay today and I see a letter "C" next to a higher amount that the bidding .

I open my Ebay today and there is a letter "C" next to a higher amount that the bidding and is not a Buy now...because a buy now has it too.  Also there is a "C" next to shipping... I thought maybe I did something to my ebay but I don't see how.

The "C" in front of the price means Canadian dollar because you were looking at listings on eBay.ca (Canada), not eBay.com (USA)

The C also shows up on the US site

When the "C" shows on the US site (eBay.com) that is because the seller listed the item in Canadian dollars on eBay.ca. 

eBay.com will also give the viewer the US$ equivalent, using current foreign currency conversion rate.
