We used to be able to delete specific items from our "previously searched" list by bringing that item up in the search field (when eBay's "suggestions" are turned off) and then deleting that word or term from the list. Some time ago, eBay turned off that 'delete' option. Now it is (apparently) impossible to delete even a single previously searched item, let alone the entire alphabetical list. My recent 'Google' search for solutions turned up answers that are either invalid or outdated (they might have worked once but are no longer an option).
Normally, I would just ask eBay itself to restore the 'delete' function, but they obviously turned it off for a reason.... they are not likely to turn it back on just at my request. (The same thing happened with their "*" wild card searches.... there one day, gone the next, never to return.) Any thoughts or solutions? Thanks!
