I can't update my invoices. When I try and put in a different shipping charge or a discount and hit recalculate it rejects the changes.

I've tried using a different browser and it didn't help. When I called eBay they just said to send an invoice through PayPal however my buyer was understandably suspicious of this. Has anyone else had this problem where thy cant make changes to their invoices?

Hi Jim.. You are doing what should be the obvious but this is ebay lol.

Do not hit recalculate. Enter shipping , preview for correct and hit send.
