Can a buyer leave Feedback without payment of an item.

 Buyer won an item from me very cheap, cheaper than it cost's me and it would end up money going from my pocket if i send, but still i am willing to send, however buyer decided not to pay and i don't want to open a dispute as it's good for me. Just wondering if the buyer can still leave me a feedback...?

Yes.  In the circumstances a buyer can leave you negative feedback and there is not much you can do about it unless you do the right thing and file for non-payment with the Resolution Centre.
