DUPLICATE EMAILS

Hello Everyone,

I began this week receiving duplicate emails on EVERY message I received from Ebay.....

• Listing Confirmation
• Sales Confirmation
• Questions
• Ebay Messages

Have others been experiencing the same issue ?

Is there something that can be done to eliminate this ?

Hi @reallynicestamps! There is a known sitewide issue for members getting duplicate emails and has an open ticket to have this resolved. If anyone is running into this issue they can reach out to customer support here and let them know that you are running into ALERT14338.
