How to not get email notification when I get a message.

When a buyer sents me a message, I also get an email at the same time that says they sent me a message, so I get 2 push notifications at the same time.

Is there a setting to change it so I don't also get an email about the message? I checked notification settings through ebay and couldn't find one.

I  have it set to send to ebay mail and my gmail (set that way ages ago). It "appears" that setting is now disabled in communication with buyers. See link. Your results/testing may vary.

Under the personal information tab there is only a place for  1 email address.
