When you purchased you were given a window for delivery. EBay is being a bit lenient with this because of the holidays , COVID delays, and BC flooding, but if the last day for expected delivery has passed you are protected.
Go to-> My eBay (top right of page)
Go to->Purchase History-> View Order Details->More Actions (near bottom of page)-> I have not received my purchase.
Open a Dispute.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping - delivery) you will be refunded.
It usually takes about four business days to close and for you to be refunded.
You want the automated dispute system which is efficient and rapid.
Do NOT try to explain yourself to a phone clerk. She cannot help you.
