I have an Ebay acount since 2015, 611 sales and 100% positive reviews!! Ebay is accusing us of being linked to another account of which we have no association with and never had!
Legal ownership documentation of our account has been provided, banking information has also been provided and government accounts to which absolutely none shows any linkage to another account or person!
Ebay now states to me that the case is now closed and I do not have any appeal concerning this situation!!!
So, we lose 6 years of history with Ebay... and for what??? Customer service and their managers have no authorty in this decision.
It seems I cannot speak to anyone in Ebay that can make a decision based on my legal documentation showing that I have ABSOLUTE proof that I am not linked to another account!
HELP me!!!!
