Has anyone here ever been ruled in favor of a buyer initiated dispute?
Seems to me after reading about many cases eBay/PP invaribly always rule
in favor of the buyer.
Thanks PJ, so if the return is left on the doorstep as no one home and
then is stolen the seller is still required to rebate? Same thing if
left on the wrong doorstep?
Thanks PJ, do you know if the buyer as well as a tracking number is
required to add (pay for) signature upon delivery? Without signature
packages can be stolen off ones doorstep if no one home or left on the
wrong doorstep.
I started back selling after a few years off and wouldn't you know the
very first sale wound up in a return which I approved June 13. As of
this date the buyer has not returned the auction. My question is the
time limit required to return the auction...

There is no spinning to it. Most Canadians will understamd when you send
military training advisors into a live combat zone there is the
possibilty of death and/or injury.
