For example in the search results, the shipping fee is $10 but when I click on it ans go into the item description, the actual shipping fee is $18. How did they do that? I checked that the "ship to" country is correct, but the search results keeps on...

it keeps saying "We're sorry. We encountered an issue processing your payment. Your payment was not processed and your account was not charged/debited. Please try again." I already tried like 3 times Plz help Thx
