Can someone tell me why does the watch reminder at the top of page
(little bell) keep showing old items that are no longer on my watch list

If a product were to get delivered late because of the mail system
losing it or something after the seller has already refunded the buyer,
would the buyer be able to pay for the product again?

it appropriately I visited the postal outlet and also made a report with
the main postal services, so even though I got a refund from the seller
the postal services also apparent...

Thank you for that suggestion but no I do that regularly, it has been
this way quite a long time, I figured it's a glitch on ebay that would
fix eventually but now it's just become annoying.
