Hi if I set a promotion rate of 5% and leave it like that for 2 months.
And then one day I change it to 2% and it sells... am I charged an
average or something? Or am I charged 2%
I passed the 90 days, the whatever thousands of dollars, the number of
happy buyers etc. I had NO holds at all except for one or two short
audits. Now I called up and found out the paypal hold was due to eBay
saying I hadn't passed those requirements...
I did phone them and they said "Oh sorry it looks like you're a casual
seller..." and that I suddenly had magically reverted back to not having
passed the initial money, time requirements. So bizarre. I said but... I
sold the 25 items, I got the feed...
Paypal sent me an email with the buyer's email as reply to. It said if I
want my funds faster I should add my address to eBay. That's just one
more piece of information out there on the net tho. Why are they asking

Hi. I've been to https://www.ebay.ca/ship/prf/excludeRegions under
Shipping Preferences. I selected ALL except Canada. Two problems: 1. My
"Ships to:" still shows Canada, United States and United Kingdom... and
this directly under the Bid button yike...
