It's your responsibility to get the item to the location specified. If
the shipment gets lost, you have to refund the buyer the full cost they

eBay has made it fairly clear that they eventually want to get to a
point where everything is shipped using eBay Labels. It wouldn't
surprise me if this isn't rolled out here fairly quickly as well.
Why don't you call PayPal and tell them what's happening? Ask them what
protection you have against the seller / now buyer (?) filing a claim
and ask them how you should proceed.
