Finally got the refund through Senior Leadership Team member who had to
process it manually. Took forever but I finally got to right department
(Senior Leadership Team members in the U.S.) who actually have the
authority and ability to issue refunds.
The countries you cannot sell to are defaulted due to restrictions by
the Canadian government due to sanctions that Canada has imposed for
various reasons.
