A seller needs to refund me and they are asking for my pay pal email to refund the money. Is this ok

They say they need my paypal account (email). Should I provide it?

Yes, you can give them your Paypal email address, that is what they need in order to refund to you. They already have that info actually but possibly it is easier just to ask for it instead of looking it up and some sellers don't bother to keep track of their sales.

The more sales a seller has, the more difficult it is to find a particular transaction.

Paypal has the buyer's actual name listed on the Recieved page, not your eBay ID or your email/PP account.

Give him the info. He will be able to refund you sooner.
