It is best you ask this on the USA boards because you are on the

Canadian Boards and you are registered in the USA.

The USA has different rules for withdrawing money from paypal.

You have to transfer the funds in PayPal to your bank account. PayPal representatives can help you out with that.

In the USA you can withdraw funds by a check but that option is not available to Canada
