The buyer just emailed and said to us, "Can you explain where my leather case is, I havent seen it"

Im lost for words right now....i'll tell her where the case is, its in my store hanging on the wall and will be shipped out soon....lol

Oh what stupid emails...venting over.

I sold a violin to someone a few days ago in an auction for $179 US. I was following up with him this morning as I didnt receive payment and he emails me and asks why he is supposed to pay $179 US when I have an identical one listed right now with a Buy It Now for $135 US.

I know that this is going to end up being a no pay depsite my providing him with a nice explanation about the BIN option disappearing after the reserve is met etc etc.

He bid $179 to outbid someone else that wanted it and now he is suggesting that I sell it to him for my BIN. There is a negative brewing on the horizon with this one cause he aint gettin it for $135 US.
