After several attempts and 9 phone calls to Paypal since April 4th, I cannot get my money transferred from my Paypal Account to my TD Canada Trust Account. Paypal tells me that the Tech support is looking into it and that it is a bug. But they cannot contact Tech support directly by phone - only through email. I am not sure how to resolve this having already spoken to three managers and trying everything they asked me to do with no success. Please help.
