Are ebay web designers complete

All I would like to do is contact a LIVE customer support rep!!!!! The toll free numbers that I googled all had automated messages refering me back to the web site which was of no use to me........

Why use Google (offering old outdated information)?

eBay offers telephone support.  Click on "Customer Support" (top row at right) and take it from there.

Your best alternative is to ask your question here.

If you have an actual question or complaint about the website why not post specifics here in a polite and respectful manor without insulting a segment of society.

All we can find is that the original poster, registered on eBay a year ago, has made three purchases in the last three weeks.  No positive feedback has been received yet indicating payment.

If there is a question, it could be asked here for faster and most likely more accurate answer.
