ARGENTINA: Government Places New Restrictions On Online Shoppers
Argentina has introduced restrictions on online shopping, as the country struggles with falling levels of foreign currency reserves. Argentina's reserves of hard currencies dropped by 30% last year, and are now below $30bn.
Under the new rules, shoppers can make just two purchases each year from foreign online and mail-order companies. Any purchases beyond that will be treated as imports, and will require extensive paperwork.
Additionally, shoppers must first submit a signed declaration to the customs office before they can collect their packages. The procedure will be required for each international purchase.
The latest move follows previous restrictions, such as the abolishing of home deliveries for all products ordered from international websites (they can now only be collected from the customs office), a 35% tariff on any credit card transaction abroad, and a 50% tax for any item bought from foreign websites once a limited of $25 a year per person is reached.

Thanks for posting this 'poco' --I had removed Argentina (actually all S. American countries) from my "ship-to" list long ago. They just never seem to be able to stabilize, despite the country's size and resources.
