BAD FEEDBACK

hi just wondering about this feedback i got , i sold a C.B. radio it arrived broken , the guy messaged me , i refunded the money right away with his shipping cost ,  total refund was given , now this guy starts on me saying i didn't refund him , this goes on for a month every day  him messages me , saying i never refunded him , i report him to ebay ,  3 weeks goes by he leaves me a bad feed back  saying i never sent him the money to send the item back , i told him to dispose of it when i refunded him ,  i done every thing i could to make this guy happy

I think the only thing you can do is to reply to his feedback...something like "full item cost and shipping refund given (whatever date). Did not require item returned to me". Short and just the facts....
