One must think that when you bid on an item that you have a chance??.. NO YOU DON'T.. Even if these #'s or letters which are supposed to be other bidders I don't think that they are. So what's the use. Anyway if you do happen to win you have to now pay Global Shipping Charge as well as a USPS fee sometimes 3 times the cost of what you buy... I am thinking of getting out of E Bay and now buying local ( Amazon ) here in Canada,it is a lot CHEAPER .
