Does anyone knows what can I do? Buyer (bicycle-2012) purchased item 261100318813 on Sept 18, 2012 after 3 times sending invoice and waiting several days for his payment he was unresponsive. So I decided to open a "Cancel transaction request" case, He agreed to cancel transaction with a message of "Thank you, I am very sorry". Any final value was credited back. Today almost 2 months later... Nov 13, 2012 he left negative feedback saying "He never received"
How can you expect delivery when you hasn't paid for an item...
I think this negative feedback is unfair! Payment was never received and he accepted to cancel transaction.
I think eBay does not have to allow buyers to leave feedback after this situations.
I already reported buyer, but I would like to erase that negative comment. Does anyone knows what else I can do?
