Can I flag a seller on "my ebay" who's been a problem?

I've had some problem sellers recently.  Although ebay has helped, I would love to have a spot on "my ebay" that I can rate sellers for myself so that if I make the mistake of trying to buy from them again in the future.  Some kind of flag that reminds me that I've had problems with them in the past.  Is there any way to do that?

It would be nice if there was a way to do exactly this and in some ways you can by adding good sellers to your Saved Searches or by creating Notes on your Purchase History.

Not really.

You could put them on the "Sellers I Follow" list with a note that you want to avoid them. And just remember to check the list from time to time.
