Can a rear wheel and tire be shipped to me in Nova Scotia from the U.S using the global shipping ?

Yes.

The GSP (spit spit spit) is best used for bulky and/or expensive items that would be stopped for duty and sales tax at the border anyway.

The big benefit is that the GSP (spit spit spit) service fee is only about $5 while Canada Post charges $9.95 and most couriers charge $25 or more.

 

But the seller must be have opted to use GSP for the listing before uploading it.

It cannot be added later.

 

Alternately, if your seller opts to use a courier, and uses one of the express services (different companies have different names) duty, sales tax and service fee (import fees) are included in the (high) cost of the service. This shocks and frightens a lot of sellers.
