Can't get into my Pay Pal Account - your help system sucks!

I am trying to get into my Pay Pal Account for the past 1/2 hour or more.  Your sustem is very poor.

I haven't used e-bay for a while of checked my Pay Pal but received strange e-mail from Pay Pal saying somebody tried to change my e-mail.

My e-bay account is - cornflower    -   My pass word is not working   - and your directions just don't work.

Please help me reset pass word - and questions I don't remember the answer to one of them so can't get by that one.

Again this is not a good system at all.

You can call PayPal. Make sure you know the last four digits of your bank account or credit card linked to your account and follow the phone prompts.....

You should send that email to spoof@paypal.com, just in case.

And don't click on any links in it.'

EBay and Paypal are different companies, although they still work closely.

Paypal's Customer Service is at the top of your Paypal account page under More.
