I phoned Canada Post and they confirmed that their website is down. I
did manage to use Microsoft Edge and fill out my customs forms for the
USA. The phone rep said that all web browers show Canada Post is down. I
must have got lucky.....
I have one package stuck in New York customs since Saturday, Dec.6/25
and another package that doesn't show it crossing into the USA
(processed through Toronto) on Dec.9/25. I have opened claims with
