Resolved! Still unable to see the Expedited Lite change when listing

Shipping Preferences

Is it possible, as an eBay seller, to use your own shipping method? For example, if I sell something, can I take it to my post office, purchase postage there then ship it, or do I have to use an eBay 'label' and the associated rules? tks

Can't select Shipping policy

Making a new listing, it's impossible to select any of my shipping policies. The dropdown doesn't show. Tried in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and the Mobile App. Haven't use eBay to make a listing in a while, is there some new trick to this?
