Hello, I'm posting here in hopes that someone with a similar situation can give me some guidance. I made 2 purchases from 2 different sellers on the same day on May 11th (both were scammers and I should have known better, but I thought with the money back guarantee it wouldn't matter). That same day when I realized they were scammers, I did a cancellation request on both orders, which was never answered. The sellers never shipped the items, and their accounts were suspended the next day. So now the cancellation requests have been there since May11th, and I can't remove them, nor can the sellers accept or decline them since they're suspended. I spoke with support, they tried putting in an "item has not arrived" claim but they keep telling me their system gets stuck at the end and can't process the request. More info: -I used paypal's pay in 4 installments -ETA date for the orders are between May 21st and June 1st So now I'm stuck because the support team can't cancel the orders or start a "item not received request". Do I have to wait until the ETA date has passed, and made all my payments, before attempting an "item not received" request again? I even spoke with their leadership team and they told me they didn't know what was going on...
