I purchased some shoes that were not available in Canada and I had to
pay DHL $15.96 before I could receive them. There was no import duty
just paid $12.50 to collect $3.46 in tax.

I think in December I paid $4.50 to ship a CD within Canada oversized
letter mail. Has there been a change? Also when I use Zonos with Canada
post I have never paid a Zonos fee. Has that changed?
