As that credit card option makes reference to going through Checkout, it
looks to me as though that screen is designed with buying in mind rather
than selling. It may be that for legal or security reasons, eBay won't
or can't ask for bank account inf...
eBay bases its Final Value Fees on the total transaction value, and
sales taxes add to the transaction value; they are not independent of it
as they are charged at Checkout. (Just be grateful that duties and
tariffs aren't part of the transaction val...
