When ebay does rolls the new specifications out, keep in mind Canada
Post may not apply the specifications yet on their end and you could be
charged full expedited rates instead.

Just sent one to eis@ebay.ca and got a robo response. Expedited rate is
improved to the hub though, for a 32x30x25 label that would have been
$22.85 two weeks ago is now showing only $14.55
