Making a new listing, it's impossible to select any of my shipping
policies. The dropdown doesn't show. Tried in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and
the Mobile App. Haven't use eBay to make a listing in a while, is there
some new trick to this?

Thanks! I'm already doing this to cover the cost of expansive boxes so
that I can (or could, now that Canada Post is on strike) send items to
the USA using the least expensive shipping method. May have to add a few
