      eBay EIS return

      I've been buying for a long time but never have had to do a return. Recently bought an item described as "authentic" which wasn't. Initiated a return and found out that the seller has no downside, gets to keep the money, and then EIS sent me a DHL shipping label, etc. Now it's stuck with DHL asking for information from me and I don't know what information they want and don't have anything other than what was sent by ebay for the return. With what we pay for EIS this is ridiculous. And there is no way to contact eBay to fix this.

      Item Liquidated at the shipping hub.

      I was trying to track my order on ebay. I was informed that my items were LIQUIDATED the shipping hub. What does that even mean? How does one contact the shipping hub? Ebay customer service was NO HELP.

      How long will it take to go from Glendale heights To Toronto?

      I ordered my package march 25th and now it says it arrivied in Glendale. Will it arrive to me by next week? It says April 9-16 which is a long time

      Item bought and not received case

      Hello, I need some help... I bought a item back on Apr 19, 2026 it was a 100oz sliver bar from China and on May 24 when the seller admitted that the item was delivered to the wrong address I opened a eBay 100% money back case. Myself and the seller went back and forth for the 4 business days and we couldn't work out anything. The seller wanted me to close the case and refund the money "outside" of the case which means that I wouldn't be covered by eBay and couldn't reopen the case if he didn't give me a refund. So of course I kept the case open so that I could ask eBay to "step in", So on May 29 eBay messaged me from their "eBay High Value Claims Team" and said that the case closed in my favor and I will be getting a full refund and that would take 2-5 business days to refund. So after the 6th day I still didn't have a refund and the case was put on Hold, So I called eBay and asked for more details about why its on hold and they replied with something along the lines of "We are waiting for more documents from the seller and the seller has up to X date to provide those documents" and the seller had a few days to provide more documents. So after a few days the seller didn't provide the right documents so that the cased more from "Hold > Pending" and again I was told a few times that the case closed in my favor by the agents. So I gave eBay another call and each agent told me something along the lines of "You will get the refund by X date". Still had no refund so I called last Friday (June 12) and spoke to a manger he told me that they are waiting for a signature from the back office to approve of the refund. And I asked if it was worth calling my credit card and doing a charge and I believe he said by next Friday would be best to give the credit card a call for a charge back. So long story short the case has been open almost a month and even though I was told by the "eBay High Value Claims Team" that the case closed in my favor and I would get a full refund I still do not have a refund and I don't know what I should do next? Do I give the credit card a call? Do I call eBay back again? I'm getting quite upset because I don't know what my next steps are. And I haven't heard much about the case from eBay every time I had a update was myself calling the agents on the phone. Also the other issue is every time I call the story changes I don't get the same info from different agents. And also eBay will not reply to my emails that I sent through the "Help and Contact" Thanks,

      No Print Option on Orders Page (Buying)

      I purchased an item this morning and when I "view order details" there is no print option available. I just printed an invoice for a different item yesterday. Is this a mistake or..... ?

      If the seller didn't put enough postage on the item does it get returned to them?

      I purchased a DVD from someone about 25 miles from me.  It was a great price $4.00 with free shipping.  Now I know that shipping of the item would cost $4.50 so the seller sold it at a loss.  They stated they shipped it May 26.  Because it is so close, it should have been here today at the latest it has been 5 working days.  I suspect the buyer might have not put enough postage on it.  Does it get returned to them or goes into the black hole.

      Seller sent wrong item, sent partial refund and has ignored my request for return/full refund

      The seller sent me the incorrect item, I politely let them know and instead of accepting a return they sent a partial refund. I let them know that I would prefer to return it and receive a full refund, as I never would have bought what they sent me.   The partial refund blocked me from being able to open a return through ebay system on my end, and the seller stopped responding. I reached out to ebay live agents and they said they side with me and to request a shipping label from the seller. I did, and the seller never responded.   That was last week, so I reached out to ebay again today to let them know. Instead of receiving any support, however, they said there is nothing they can do and I "should have opened a return first instead."   I wanted to, and would have, but the seller clearly knew what they were doing. This is a scam, and ebay is fine with it.   To make it clear: Sellers are allowed to make a listing, post pictures, take payment and then send anything they want. They can then give you a partial refund and ebay will tell you "too bad."   This is disgusting that ebay allows this, and warrants a bigger look at what is going on.
