I'm guessing that you actually bought as a guest.
Have you checked the spelling of your access code?
If you paid for your item with a credit card, like most guest buyers, the payment should be recorded there.
Allow 20 days if your seller was in North America, 30 days if she is in Asia.
If the item has not turned up by then, phone the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the customer service rep for a chargeback.
