If the seller accepts PayPal,you need more than a US shipping address. Since you can't add a foreign shipping address to a Canadian PayPal account,you would need a US Paypal account,a US bank account and probably a US credit card account. You may also need a US eBay account,as many sellers block bids from members registered in countries they don't ship to. The alternative would be to contact the seller and ask if they will make an exception in your case and allow you to bid on their items and ship to ou in Canada if you win. Make sure to say the seller any questions before placing any bids on the item.
