I did not know eBay had affiliate program.

Not bad ... if I will use my VISA 1% cash-back and then 1% on top of it = 2%. Considering that I am moving 4-5k a month through my VISA (all business purchases including CanadaPost) - and some of my purchases come from eBay - that is nice discount on the grocery bill 🙂

should I understand this that if I bring 50 new active shoppers to eBay.ca every month I get paid $15 for every one of them regardless how much they buy on eBay? Or am I missing something? It seems a LOT! And it's actually $28 on .com ...

You probably won't see 1% (the fine prints says up to 1%). Most of these affiliate programs with eBay (Big Crumbs being the best known) give you a share of what they get from eBay which is usually a percentage of the listing fees and/or FVF's. To get big bucks back look for listings that are Featured Plus or Home Page Featured, the higher the fees paid by the seller the higher the kickback.
