Chinese tracking number

I bought some guitar parts from a seller in China and that was on December 26th. My parcel has shipped but the EBay tracking ended on the 1st of January.

I have tried tracking it on several Chinese sites, the number doesn't even work and on others, it hasn't moved in almost a month.

I contacted both Canada post and The Canadian Border Services Agency and they both say the other gets it first before releasing it.

It was sent by economy international shipping and the estimated delivery date is the 28th but i have no idea where it is!

Any help would be appreciated!

File a claim through eBay today:

If your items arrive after you receive your refund, you can always repay the seller at that time.

Economy international shipping is not a specific service.

There is a pretty good chance it was sent by Surface.

And almost no chance it would arrive by the 28th.

Do as pierre says and open an Item Not Recieved Dispute.

30 days is plenty of time for arrival from overseas.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) then he will be forced to refund you.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. That won't arrive either.
