Do you ship when payment being processed with Paypal or wait until I see "Ship"?

A buyer ask me to ship his goods but for days I only see an hourglass besides the "checkout complete" blue cart icon. I can't see "view Paypal payment" in the menu and when I go to paypal, I don't see "Ship" in green either. So I guess it means his payment has not been done directly from Paypal and it is still processing??

I only accept Paypal, not sure what this means and as it has been paid last Friday. so how many days before I see payment completed?

Click on details for the payment. Is it an echeque payment. These take 8-9 days to clear and shipping is after clearing. Advise buyer accordingly.
