Do you take credit cards issued abroad?

This is a member to member board, which your seller probably will never see.

You can use Contact Seller on the listing for a direct connection.

Generally, eBay sellers do not take any credit cards. Instead we use Paypal which is a payment service, free to the Buyer, which will process your payment without revealing any of your financial information to the Seller.

The Seller does pay a fee. I understand that there is a slightly higher fee to accept foreign payments, but frankly, most sellers would rather have the business than worry about a few pennies. Again the Buyer does not pay a fee.

If a Seller gives shipping information for your country, she sells to your country. Pay her with your Paypal account.

You have three levels of Buyer Protection.

EBay protects you against failed delivery and items that are not as described.

Paypal protects you.

And if you back your Paypal account with a credit card, your card's chargeback service is a third level of protection.
