I have just started listing with the current Promotion (free fixed price from Nov. 8 -11) and am still being charged in my Account. After a looong time on the phone I was told to keep on listing and call back when the promotion is over to get a refund for all the $.50 charges. Like I have another hour to waste in a few days time.
I'd like to send a formal complaint. Thanks in advance for any tips - right now I'd just like to have an EBay email address to write to. Claudia.
