Expedia rates and aavailability change by the hour. Also if you try booking each leg individually you might do a bit better. Like Westjet to Toronto. Then someone else to New Orleans. The only problem is getting the right times.

With Jetblue from Seattle (closes point to Vancouver) leaving Jun 23 to NYC then NYC to NO return on Jun 26 = US$ 681.40 incl taxes.
