Ebay is about to close my return case because it's system won't allow me to put in a UPS tracking number.
Does anyone work for ebay?, I need support and can't find any on this. I've returned an item and got a tracking number from UPS but it won't allow me to enter it in their system. I'm worried that not only will I have paid for a bad item but now I'll have paid to return this item and will get nothing back.
