Contacted the seller about the item being at the Ebay shipping center for a long time, he contacted ebay and they said they lost the item, a huge box of 300 bubble mailers, so I go to open a case about it, and I am told I have to open it in ebay, so I try that and get an error message, I want all my money back, even the money I paid for customs because it hasn't crossed the border. can someone who has gone through this plz help me out!
