Excessive shipping charge.

I selected a BIN item and "Committed to Buy" before realizing the shipping charge for sending 3 stamps from Georgia, USA to Toronto, Canada would be $10.50 USD.  How can I cancel this transaction?

You cannot cancel it.

You can ask the seller if they would be willing to cancel

because you didn't read the listing before commiting to buy.

Shipping charge was right there in the listing.
