I have received 2 fake "32GB"  "class 10" and 1 fake "64GB" "class 10" in the last 60 days, only to discover that ebay doesn't help with these items from China that take an extended time to arrive at their destination. 

Ebay must either extend the time frame for verification of these items or block them entirely.

EBay is making extended returns an option for sellers over the holiday period, but obviously this will not be chosen by scammers.

Since the 45 days Paypal Buyer Protection has expired, go to the credit card you actually paid with (PP is just the mediator) call the 1-800 number on the back of your card, and ask for a chargeback.

You can leave appropriate feedback for 60 days. The most effective feedback is calm and factual. 'Not 32GB. No refund on misdescribed goods." for example.

At the same time you can leave the much more important Detailed Seller Ratings. A normal transaction gets five stars because if a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3 his ability to sell is greatly restricted. The lowest Rating is ONE Star. No stars is a free pass.

Restrictions can included higher fees, restriction on number and value of listings, and removal from site.

You can leave a Response to FB, yours or the seller's,  indefinitely. Again most effective if calm and factual. Remember others will read and form an opinion of you.
